Penn State Suspends Two Players for the Rose Bowl

The Penn State Nittany Lions’ surprising football season comes to an end, win or lose, on January 2nd when they take on the USC Trojans at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. And two players that have been with the team for the ride won’t be joining them.

Penn Live is reporting that wide receiver Saeed Blacknall and linebacker Manny Bowen have both been suspended for the game due to a violation of team rules, according to a team spokesperson.

When we find out why – or if – we’ll update this post accordingly.
