The exclusive Pi Fantasy Football Triple Threat Challenge: Playoff Edition is beginning to take shape. If you were a participant in the regular season, you already know how intricate the analysis is and how it differs from your weekly lineup.
With the Fantasy Football regular season winding down and the playoffs getting ready to erupt, many will look to continue their fantasy excitement beyond week 17. Lucky for you, Pi has you covered. The regular season was the trial period for the Triple Threat and now that most of the kinks have been worked out, it is ready to explode on the scene just in time for the playoffs. The details are as follows:
-You will have to submit your fantasy picks of 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR each week before the playoff games by Friday at 11:00 A.M.
-You will compile points based on a PPR-scoring system, with no negative points.
- QB: One (1) point per 20 yards passing and six (6) points per TD.
- RB: One (1) point per 10 yards rushing, one (1) point per reception, one (1) point per 10 yards receiving and six (6) points per TD.
- WR: One (1) point per reception, one (1) point per 10 yards receiving, one (1) point per 10 yards rushing and six (6) points per TD.
The catch? Once your player’s team loses, he’s out. But you can replace them at that position the next week. If your player’s team wins, you’re sticking with that guy through the next playoff week. You will have three players on your roster each week of the playoffs. The challenge will be to pick the best ones remaining.
Your points will be tallied on a weekly basis depending on the players you have left. At the end of the playoffs, we will see who reigns supreme.
