Shayne Gostisbehere sat out the last two games. So did Travis Konecny. So, will the pair be donning skates tonight against the St. Louis Blues?
Well, at least one of them will. Konecny will be returning to the lineup after sitting out two games, whereas Ghost will still be a healthy scratch for the third game in a row. I’m not sure why Dave Hakstol thinks this is ultimately good for the team, but that’s why I’m not paid to coach these players. Read also being out for Konecny’s return could wind up biting the team, given that Read has been one of the better players on the ice in recent games.
