Each Wednesday between the hours of 5PM-7PM the areas of Avenue of the Arts, Center City East, Center City West, and Rittenhouse Square participate in Center City Sips. Over 80 participating locations have $5 cocktails, $4 wines, $3 beers, and appetizer discounts. Here are this week’s best deals:
Devil’s Alley: Devil’s Alley offers one of the best beer deals with $3 Lancaster Kolsch and Yuengling. You’ll also be able to get $6 jerk chicken tacos, fried calamari, sliders, and more. Their wine discounts include Canyon Oaks Chardonnay and Cabernet.
Marathon: This establishment has multiple locations downtown. They have $3 Bud Light and price slashed house wines. Try their amazing grilled chicken margherita pizza, fire-roasted salsa, their diverse sampler, and more. This venue offers an outdoor area for great views of the summer days.
Vesper: Come to Vesper and you’ll be able to drink all of the $3 Victory Summer Love and Labatt Blue you want. This modern reimaging of a classic building will have the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir flowing. Be sure to try their Redhead In A Sombrero cocktail which includes Tquilla, Mezcal, raspberry, ginger, and lemon.

This Week’s Old City Eats Picks: Continental Restaurant , Farmicia , Karma
Each Thursday between the hours of 5PM-8PM Philadelphia historic district Old City participates in Old City Eats. Over 25 participating locations have half-priced appetizers, $4 beers, $5 cocktails, and other drink specials. Here are this week’s best deals:
Continental: This one of the several Stephen Starr restaurants in the city. Try their hummus or chicken dumplings to start. They also feature their Gold Coast Punch as their cocktail of choice each Thursday. Ithaca Brewing Company Rasberry Soiree is the optimal beer during Eats.
Farmicia: Farmicia is known for its farm-to-table appeal. The tonic hotspot also has creative beverages. During Old City Eats you’ll find baked meatball appetizers, a Rasberry Ricky cocktail, and Rouge’s Dead Guy Ale at discounted rates.
Karma: Karma has delicious Tandoori Gogbi, Chicken 65 & fish pakora for appetizers. The $5 cocktails include Indian Summer, Bombay Breeze, and a Mango Martini. Each week they rotate the specialty beers for Old City Eats.

90’s-2000’s Moshulu Party: From 9PM-2AM this Saturday Moshulu will be hosting a throwback party. There’s a $10 cover at this event where you’ll hear everything from these fantastic eras in music. Come to this party on the water and dance to your old favorites on the deck.
