While he has missed four practices in a row, Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery returned to an open practice for the fans at The Linc today. Nursing what was a “minor” shoulder injury, Jeffery’s last action came at the open practice last Sunday.
When the Eagles began live tackling drills this week, Jeffery sat out. As the days of him not practicing continued to mount, some people grew increasingly concerned about Jeffery’s health.
After John Barchard reported that the Eagles were being extra cautious with Jeffery, a source told me that if there was a regular season game this weekend, Jeffery would be playing.
