We know how close Carson Wentz and Jordan Matthews became in a short period of time. After all, many think Matthews was Wentz’s most reliable receiver, and it’s hard not to argue that. But, Wentz will have Alshon Jeffery, Torrey Smith and Mack Hollins (!) to throw to this season, and Matthews will be taking the field in a Bills jersey.
Wentz reacted to the Matthews trade moments after it happened, but that wasn’t the only thing he did. He actually drove Matthews to the airport himself.

It was a tough decision for the Eagles to make but the NFL is a business.
Carson’s is going to miss Jordan a lot. Maybe the Eagles can sign Jordan back next year. That would be great.
Good bye Jordan “We will all miss you”
