Eagles draft TCU OL Matt Pryor in the 6th Round

In the latter stages of the NFL Draft, teams target niches and that’s exactly what the Philadelphia Eagles might’ve done with TCU OL Matt Pryor with their sixth-round selection of the 2018 NFL Draft.

The 206th overall pick is 6’7 340 pounds and has the ability to play guard or tackle. The Eagles like to utilize an extra offensive lineman in their power packages and Pryor may be an option in those situations with his ability to drive block.

Here was my reaction to the pick.

Pryor was a three-year starter with the Hornfrogs, playing 24 games at guard with 23 coming on the right side and eight at tackle.
