In hindsight, if you pretend that Corey Clement was picked in the fourth round instead of Donnel Pumphrey last year, it’ll make you feel better inside.
The Philadelphia Eagles are hoping to find similar success with another undrafted running back, this one being Notre Dame’s Josh Adams, according to a report by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
More UDFAs: QB Kyle Allen to the #Panthers. … #Bama CB Tony Brown to the #Chargers. … #ND RB Josh Adams agreed to terms with the #Eagles … Chris Lammons from South Carolina goes to the #Falcons

Adams, a Warrington P.A. native, is a between-the-tackles runner who likes to get downhill. He runs through arms tackles, keeps his shoulders square and always barrels for extra yardage. He’s not going to be a back who is going to bounce runs to the outside or make people miss in space consistently.
Adams ran for 1,386 yards and nine touchdowns last season for the Irish, averaging 7.3 yards per carry.
