Let the soap opera that is the Philadelphia Eagles Franchise continue. Just now word broke, via Adam Schefter, that the Eagles will NOT use the franchise tag on quarterback Sam Bradford. He also went on to drop this interesting tidbit.
I honestly would not be opposed to this move. I always liked the way Foles led this team and how the players took up for him. This could also be the answer to drafting a QB this year, and being able to let him develop or beat out Foles. This is what his contract looks like.
So what do you think? Should we bring Nicky F back?
UPDATE: Some are saying this is a fake account tweeting it, however the alert came directly from ESPN. That’d be the worlds biggest screw up by whoever put it out if ESPN even got fooled. We will keep you updated.

Nick is a awesome guy and put his heart in the eagles then other teams he got adapted to the team and did what he had to do Sam is good too he just have to put more effort in him and become one with the team look how close we got and we end up failing because of the wrong coaches yes Reid was good and made a big line up where we took it to the house and not for nothing we blew out teams with team work no matter what I will always love my eagles born and raised in south Philly my home I choose to be a eagles fan I got heart for you guys and be safe and have a good season oh and try to play all your players give them a chance on the team play as one say together as on

Great to hear. I never wanted Nick Foles traded in the 1st place, and as a matter of fact, I never wanted Sam Bradford here in the 1st place.
Sean, I’m glad someone else sees the simple logic in not tying down the franchise for 5 years to Bradford’s knees. Yes, I am a huge Foles’ fan but even if you are not, he was 14-4 under Chip while others went 14-15. So how can it hurt while the Birds try to get out of the mess Kelly left them with???

Man I was so angry to see Foles and McCoy let go, main Foles though! The man had heart, he read the field well, he could take a beating and not to mention he was a 14-4 winning QB.. I would love to see him back home in philly where he belongs!!
