The MLB draft was last night & the Phillies selected a SS by the name of Cornelius Randolph with the 10th overall pick. Randolph, out of Griffin HS in Georgia, will be moved to the outfield once he reports to Williamsport, the Phillies’ short-season affiliate in the New York-Penn League. Here’s what we know, bats lefty, throws righty and is listed at 6’1, 190. According to Phillies scouting director Johnny Almaraz, they got the “Best high-school bat in the country.” Press play on the video and you’ll see he’s got a sweet stroke.

Godfatherlocks.com post: NBA Finals Game 3 is tonight. Vegas opened the game at Cavs -2.5. The line bounced around a little bit but now its at a “pick em.” (80% of the public is on the Warriors) I think Lebron has another monster performance but comes up just a short of a victory. The question is, will Steph Curry return to MVP form or will Delly slow him down again? Set the Curry points under/over at 28. I’ll take the over.
People often ask me, “Who’s the coolest athlete you’ve come across?” There’s 2 names that come to my mind automatically. Darren Daulton & Charles Barkley. I’m thinking Kobe Bryant is cashing in on this one. Bryant will be part of Sina’s pregame and postgame livestream of Game 3 of the NBA Finals in China. Fraternities. Never appealed to me, not sure why. New Music Tuesday. Yes, I look forward to Tuesdays for two reasons. 1. Were past Monday & 2. New Music. Hopefully you downloaded that Florence & The Machine last week, what a damn voice on Florence Welch. Today, its just as easy, Muse released a new album called “Drones.” Muse is an amazing band to catch live but their albums are just as good minus the visuals. Trust me, you’ll enjoy it.
