I didn’t think there was a chance Doug Pederson or Howie Roseman would be sent their pink slips by Jeffrey Lurie after this season.
As it turns out … I was right. The Inquirer‘s Zach Berman reports that Pederson, Roseman and Joe Douglas will return to the team for the 2017 season.
Douglas was loved by everybody when the Eagles hired him last offseason, and still remains a well-respected “football guy” in the league, according to almost anyone that talks about him on the radio or television. Let’s hope he can help Roseman and Pederson revamp this roster into something, um, good, next season.
