After the Sixers defeated the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday afternoon, the team has officially won as many games this season as it did all of last season. It is clear that spirits are high within the building, as showcased by T.J. McConnell’s antics during Dario Saric’s post-game interview.
Joel Embiid, who is averaging 20 points per game since his minutes restriction has been increased to 28 per game, thinks that the the Sixers could be playing basketball after the regular season this year and said that after Sunday’s win.
“I think we have a chance. We’ve been hot lately. We’ve won three out of four lately, so I look at it and I think we have a chance and we’re really figuring things out. We’re starting to learn how to win games.”
At 10-25, do the Sixers have a legitimate chance at making the postseason and if so, do you want them to go to the postseason or continue to struggle for the draft pick?
