You guys saw it, McConnell’s shot at the buzzer lifted the Philadelphia 76ers to a 98-97 win over the New York Knicks on Wednesday night. Joel Embiid, who led a dramatic come-from-behind rally, made McConnell’s head look like a ping pong ball when he clenched his massive hands around his neck in celebration.
Shirley Temple’s for everyone!

Nerlens Noel chipped in 13 points and eight boards in 21 minutes for the Sixers, who have won four of their last five games. Check out the highlights, via CSN Philly.
