Chick-fil-A and Lee’s Hoagies Highlight New Additions to the Wells Fargo Center Menu

The Flyers and Sixers are going to try their best [well, the Flyers might] to give fans an alternative to the Eagles and Phillies this fall and winter, and I’m not just talking about on the ice or court. Wells Fargo Center, or The Center as the Sixers refer to it, will be offering new food combinations to the menu just in time for the fall season.

Michael Klein of Philly.com highlights the additions, which includes three Chick-fil-A locations and the debut of Lee’s Hoagies in two locations:

Chick-fil-A stands will be set up at Sections 110, 104, 207 – but be mindful that they, like the restaurants, are closed Sundays. Lee’s Hoagies’ stands will sell Italian and turkey hoagies, and wrap versions, at Sections 113 and 223.

Aramark is setting up a healthy-options stand at Section 123 with a Greek wrap (quinoa, hummus, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives and feta, in a spinach wrap).

Klein says Campo’s Deli will focus on cheesesteaks. Here’s more additions:

Old City Brewhouse Sandwich Shop (Section 101)
Hot roast pork with long hot peppers on a Liscio roll.

Big Baby’s BBQ (Sections 119, 202)
Loaded mac and cheese with choice of pork or chicken.
Pulled chicken and pork sandwich topped with coleslaw.

The Carvery (Section 120)
Chopped brisket special: House smoked brisket, Vermont cheddar, mustard aioli, and hot Italian giardiniera, on a long roll.

The club-level bistros will serve a South Philly-style chicken cutlet with broccoli rabe and provolone on an Amoroso seeded roll, as well as hand-carved Italian porchetta on an Amoroso seeded roll.

The suites menu will include bruschetta (lemon ricotta, extra virgin olive oil, roasted red peppers and agro dolce, on crostini) and seared crab bakes (with lemon aioli, quinoa pistachio salad, fine herbs and grilled asparagus).

The new additions are in place also for concerts and other events, such as WWE, including the Democratic National Convention in July.
