Back in June, Donovan McNabb was arrested for DUI a second time. It was also captured on video thanks to the police car’s dashboard. Today, he was sentenced to jail for 18 days after pleading guilty to DUI. Here’s his sentence, via TMZ: 18 days in county jail, 72 days house arrest, 30 hours community service, counseling after house arrest, unsupervised probation until his sentence is completed, and a $6,342.23 fine.
With all that, as a relatively soft sentence, does it really make driving impaired seem worth it? McNabb’s BA level was .17, which is more than double the legal limit in Arizona. There’s no doubt he should spend time in jail. Greg Hardy, who might be the worst person affiliated with the NFL right now, gets nothing. Cool.

You consider that a soft sentence? Wife beaters don’t do jail time.
We’re talking solely about McNabb’s sentence. DUI sentences are never enough. He could’ve killed somebody driving impaired. Yes, that’s a soft sentence.
You kind of just contradicted yourself there; sure he could have killed someone, but he didn’t.
How did I contradict myself? “Sure he could have killed someone, but he didn’t” is probably the worst response I’ve ever heard.
