Talk about a bad night. Steve Harvey not only had a bad night, but his epic screw up probably ruined someone’s life forever. The Miss Universe Pageant 2015 took place Sunday night. Steve Harvey was the host of the show and he bungled the winner of the Pageant big time.
The final two contestants were Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines. He announced that Miss Colombia was Miss Universe. Music played, flowers were brought out, and the crowd went crazy as the crown was placed on her head and the sash around her.

You saw that right. Steve Harvey had to interject to let everyone know there had been a mistake. Bozo the clown had announced the wrong winner. Good f’n grief!
The correct winner was Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.

Harvey took to Twitter to apologize again for the life altering boo boo in a now deleted tweet, but thankfully there’s a screenshot of it.
Yep, he wants to apologize to Miss “Philippians” whoever the hell that is. Not sure if “Philippians” are the poorest of the poor people from the Philippines, but Harvey has some explaining to do.
Harvey as mentioned deleted that tweet and then replaced it with a proper series of tweets.
