Last week, the New York Daily News reported that Tim Tebow “couldn’t find the end zone with girlfriend Olivia Culpo” because of his abstinent lifestyle, so she broke up with him. TMZ, who’s broken perhaps the biggest Philadelphia sports news story of the year with the Jahlil Okafor fight videos (here’s one, and two) has learned that sex was never an issue between the two because they never dated at all.
So, what really happened between the pair? TMZ states that they hung out a “few times” with a bunch of mutual friends, but there was never actually a one-on-one date. A source also told US Weekly that “they met at church” and that while Tebow liked Culpo a lot, “she just got out of a long-term relationship, and was not interested.”
So, I guess that’s the whole story. At least for now. Tomorrow, we’ll find out that the two eloped in Vegas on Thanksgiving. Don’t give up, Timmy. True love out there awaits you. We’re rooting for you slugger.
