Allen Iverson Is a Finalist for the Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2016

There’s been plenty of discussion in recent years about Allen Iverson getting into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and a lot of people think he eventually will. And he might not have to wait very long.

Announced today, Allen Iverson along with 14 others have been named finalists for the Class of 2016.

Iverson has a chance to be inducted into the Hall with Shaquille O’Neal. Induction will take place on April 4th in Springfield, Massachusetts. Here are the 14 finalists:
