Robert Covington was stretchered off the court at the Wells Fargo Center last night during the Sixers’ 95-89 win against the Brooklyn Nets last night. Jerami Grant, who looked like received the worst of the collision with his teammate after falling onto the court, was also held out of the rest of the game for fear of a possible concussion.
While Grant stayed at the arena, Covington was transferred to a Jefferson Hospital for a possible neck injury.
It looked like a scary situation. Here’s what happened:

Spike Eskin reported earlier today that Covington has been released from the hospital and will enter the NBA concussion protocol.
