Can you feel it? The Villanova Wildcats are one win away from making the Final Four. Ryan Arcidiacono and Kris Jenkins each scored 21 points as Nova took care of business on Thursday night and beat Miami 92-69 in the South Region semifinal of the NCAA Tournament. This is their third trip to the regional final with coach Jay Wright and seventh overall.
The Cats also received solid contribution from Daniel Ochefu, who added 17 points. Villanova again had an amazing shooting night from the field as they shot 62.7 percent (32 for 51). Here’s a nice look at Nova breaking the Miami press last night.

It was just that kind of night for the Wildcats and you can see their excitement here after the game.

Jay Wright had the following to say after the game: “You’re seeing the best of our decision-making from 3. And so when good shooters take good shots, you’re going to make them.”
If the Wildcats want to make the Final Four, it certainly won’t be easy. Standing in Nova’s way are the mighty Kansas Jayhawks. The two titans will clash at 8:49 pm on CBS from Louisville, Kentucky.
I’ll say this. If Nova continues to shoot like this, they can beat anyone in the country. You can’t however expect this shooting from them every game. They will be tested Saturday night. Go Nova!
