It is by no means a secret that everyone in the NBA and Sixers fans are hoping to land LSU freshman Ben Simmons. We have been watching this kid all season, drooling, coming up with nicknames (like Beast of the Bayou), and already envisioning lineup possibilities.
Well, if it’s up to Sir Charles, the Sixers won’t even get a shot at him. Why? Because according to Barkley, Simmons isn’t ready for the NBA yet.
TMZ Sports caught Barkley out in NYC and asked if he thought Simmons was ready for the NBA after just one season at LSU.
Yeah, this kid doesn’t look ready at all (rolling my eyes).
