Report: LeSean McCoy to NOT Be Charged in Recess Lounge Brawl Incident

According to Jeff McLane, LeSean McCoy won’t be charged in the ongoing investigation of the huge melee he was involved in at Recess in February.

PhillyVoice cites Bigtrial.net as their source, and said there’s no one story that can be construed to be accurate.

Bigtrial.net reports the District Attorney’s Office has concluded that “because there’s such a cacophony of versions of what happened inside the Recess Lounge, from both participants and witnesses, that no single account can be discerned, much less proven. So no successful prosecution can be brought.”
