Ryan Howard and Carlos Ruiz Have Cleared Waivers

ESPN’s Jayson Stark is reporting that Ryan Howard and Carlos Ruiz have each cleared waivers, and two teams are mulling over the possibility of trading for Chooch.

Sources say Ryan Howard & Carlos Ruiz both cleared waivers. Heard of 2 teams mulling Ruiz. Howard virtually certain to stay in Philly.
