The Eagles Are Perfect on Fourth Down This Season

The normally conservative Doug Pederson has been less so on fourth down so far this season.

The Philadelphia Eagles are a perfect 5-for-5 in those situations this season. Pederson also elected to go for a two-point conversion after a penalty put the ball at the 1-yard line. The head coach talked about his logic of going for fourth down and the two-points during his press conference on Monday.

Philadelphia, meanwhile, is 29th in the NFL on third down, converting just 33.8 percent of the time (25-of-74).
