On Tuesday, Simmons was seen shooting free throws without his boot, according to CSN Philly’s Jessica Camerato.

Simmons fractured the fifth metatarsal bone in his right foot during the final scrimmage of the team’s Training Camp at Stockton in late September.
Philadelphia 76ers head coach Brett Brown commented on Simmons’ progression.
Brown on Simmons: "We’re all going to be extremely careful with how his progression into the team goes."

Brown said that Simmons is strictly doing some spot-shooting and not moving around.
