West Philly’s own and part Sixers owner, Will Smith, was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night and talked a bit about what it’s like to be the part-owner of the Sixers. He said there’s nothing like walking into the building and being announced as part owner of your hometown basketball team. He also admitted to being a frontrunner, saying he lives in L.A. but comes home when they’re winning. Has he not been in Philly since 2012?
Smith also mentioned he met with the team earlier this season and noted nine of the players weren’t born when The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air began.
