This Saturday, the Flyers alumni will take on the alumni of the Pittsburgh Penguins at 7:00 P.M. at the Wells Fargo Center. It’s the precursor for the Stadium Series game, which takes place on February 25 at Heinz Field between the current Flyers and Penguins.
Two iconic Flyers lines will reunite, as the 70s and 90s will be well-represented. Reggie Leach, Bobby Clarke and Bill Barber will reunite, as will the Legion of Doom with Mikael Renberg, Eric Lindros and John LeClair.
Mark Howe, Brian Propp, Dave Poulin, Tim Kerr, Dave Brown, Murray Craven, Brad Marsh and Kjell Samuelsson will also lace up the skates.
My favorite addition, though? Eric Desjardins. Here’s the Flyers’ roster for the game:
