Jeff McLane Was Ejected from the Eagles’ Press Box

Well, here’s something interesting.

We’ve gotten word that Jeff McLane was ejected from the Eagles’ press box. Moments after we were notified, Les Bowen tweeted the following series:

Eagles are attempting to eject @Jeff_McLane from the press box because he objected to being yelled at by an Eagles media relations staffer

Other reporters are being told they will be ejected as well if they interfere with Jeff being ejected from the press box

This is a ridiculous situation, a minor disagreement that the Eagles are making into a huge incident

The Eagles have not clarified what policy Jeff is alleged to have violated.

Bowen then described what the situation was like in the press box after a call that the reporters were trying to figure out the call. An Eagles’ staffer apparently got involved.

I'd say that if Jeff got ejected for being too loud, the entire press box is in violation for that today. Weird that they singled him out
