Well … maybe. Moments after Alshon Jeffery signed with the Eagles a few days ago, Carson Wentz sent out a tweet welcoming the big receiver to Philly. On Friday night, Jeffery and Wentz were spotted at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse enjoying a nice night out while I was at Applebee’s trying out their new double bacon chicken ciabatta sandwich with sweet potato fries. Who do you think had the better night?

After signing with the Eagles, Jeffery said Wentz has the potential to be NFL MVP. That’s his quarterback.
Ah, everything’s sunnier in Philadelphia football now.
