“Dr. J” Julius Erving is heading back to the hardwood. A former Strategic Adviser for the Sixers when Adam Aron was the CEO, Erving’s now focusing on the court instead of the front office.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Erving will be a head coach for the BIG3 basketball league when play begins this summer.
Erving will join another former Sixers great, Allen Iverson, who will also be a head coach [and player] in the league.
