The Sixers had a few nationally televised games last season, but this will definitely be one of the most important games for the franchise this upcoming season. All eyes will be on them December 25th.
The Sixers’ season schedule will be released at some point this month.
The Eagles are also scheduled to host the Oakland Raiders on Christmas night.
UPDATE: The Inquirer‘s Keith Pompey confirmed the news.
The 76ers will play the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Christmas Day, a source with knowledge of the NBA schedule confirmed Wednesday night. WIP-FM (94.1) was the first to report the news.
The league is expected to announce the matchups for its annual Christmas showcase in the coming days. The games usually feature high-profile matchups.
