Dennis Rodman was the “Special Guest” of Wing Bowl 24 this year. The Philly fans gave him a true Philly welcome when they greeted him with a chorus of boos. Let’s be honest though, Rodman didn’t really do anything but came, saw and collected money for the appearance and I’m certainly not hating on him for that.
