Watch the Flyers Honor the Late Ed Snider Before the Home Opener

The Philadelphia Flyers honored the late Ed Snider on Thursday by raising a banner to the rafters prior to their home opener against the Anaheim Ducks.

Talk about a tearjerker.

Snider passed away in April following a two-year battle with bladder cancer. This is the first year the franchise is without Snider, who co-founded the team
