1. Stomp
Where: Merriam Theater, 250 S. Broad St.
When: Runs through Sunday, December 31st
Stomp stormed onto the scene decades ago. It became an immediate sensation with its unique style and the sonic fusion of street pieces, rhythm, and dance. The Merriam Theater will be the hosting the intriguing and high-energy performance over the next few days.

2. Museum Friday Nights
Where: Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy.
When: Friday, December 29th, 5PM-8:45PM
Each Friday, the Philadelphia Museum of Art has a weekly Final Fridays series each week. The event merges music, art, cocktails, small plates, culture, and crafts. This Friday Yoga, a meditation workshop, a memoir creation station, and live music by Worldtown Soundsystem.

3. Last Chance: City Hall Light Show
Where: City Hall, 1401 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
When: Runs through Monday, January 1st
This weekend and the holiday will be your last chance to see City Hall dazzled with wondrous lights and imagery. The City Hall Light show will be coming to a close soon and taking along with it the magic and spirit of the holiday season. On weekdays the show starts at 5;30PM and continues every hour until 8:30PM. On weekends the show gets an added hour lasting until 9:30PM.

4. Last Chance: Macy’s Light Show
Where: Macy’s Center City, 1300 Market St.
When: Runs through Sunday, December 31st
Over 100,000 LED lights have vibrating along the walls of the Center City Macy’s for the past month. The shimmering lights chime along to the best holiday music coming from the Wanamaker Grand Organ. The store will be closing both the show and the creatively fashioned creative Dickens Village.

5. Last Chance: Comcast Center Christmas Spectacular
Where: The Comcast Center, 1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
When: Runs through Monday, January 1st
The Comcast Center Christmas Specular is also coming to a close. The LED panoramic screen in the commercial center has been broadcasting various holiday theatrical performances, concerts, images, and more. Catch the daily show each hour between 10:00AM–8:00PM before its too late.

6. Last Chance: The Nutcracker
Where: Academy of Music, 240 S. Broad St.
When: Runs through Sunday, December 31st
George Balanchine’s ballet The Nutcracker is one of the most celebrated theatrical pieces of each holiday season. The Christmas themed production is coming to an end at the Academy of Music this week. Come see the pageantry of the Sugar Plum Fairies, The Rat King, and the royal court this weekend.

7. National Constitution Center Week
Where: National Constitution Center, 525 Arch St.
When: Runs through Saturday, December 30th
The National Constitution Center will be featuring a Winter Break Programming through Saturday. You’ll have access to see the exhibit John Marshall: Patriot, Statesman, Chief Justice, a wonderful live performance of theatrical performance of Freedom Rising, and more. There will be quizzo and crafts as well.

8. Museum of the American Revolution Special Programs
Where: Museum of the American Revolution, 101 S. 3rd St.

Keeping up with educational and institutional features on the list. The Museum of the American will be displaying many colorful window illuminations, a revolutionary time blacksmith discussion, crafts, live play works, and more.

9. Kwanzaa Celebrations
Where: The African American Museum in Philadelphia, 701 Arch St.
When: Runs through Saturday, December 30th
The African American Museum will be having a 4 Days of Kwanzaa Celebration through Saturday. There will be yoga workshops, arts, crafts, discussions, and more. Come out for storytelling, magic shows, drum performances, and so many more activities.

10. Rittenhouse Square Farmers Market
Where: Rittenhouse Square, 1800 Walnut St.
When: Saturday, December 30th, 10AM-2PM
Every Saturday Rittenhouse Square brings the farm right to the streets. The Rittenhouse Square Farmers Market it full of fresh vegetables and fruits are grown by various local growers and food artisans. Here you’ll find everything from cookies, to jams, and the perfect addition to your next meal.

11. Countdown2Noon
Where: Please Touch Museum, 4231 Avenue of the Republic

The Please Touch Museum will be having something extremely pleasant for the kids this New Year’s Eve. The institution’s Countdown 2 Noon will have a creative arts studio, live singing performances, an “Alice in Wonderland” storytime, and an ultimate ball dropping experience.

12. Franklin Square Kids Countdown

Franklin Square’s holiday-themed games and rides will be ending this weekend. The family-friendly park will be going out in style with a New Year’s Centered party for all. There will be craft making, a ball drop, food and beverages, a kids dance party, and more.

13. Eagles vs. Cowboys
Where: Lincoln Financial Field, 1 Lincoln Financial Field Way
When: Sunday, December 31st, 1PM
The (13-2) Philadelphia Eagles take on the (9-7) Dallas Cowboys this Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field. The NFC leading team will be playing the last game of the regular season before the charge into the postseason. Come see the midnight green gang take on the hated foe in the killer divisional matchup.

14. SugarHouse New Year’s Eve Waterfront Festivities
Where: 101 S. Columbus Blvd.
When: Sunday, December 31st, 6PM-12AM
The Delaware Waterfront will be the place to be on New Year’s Eve. The scenic area will have tow fireworks shows. One at 6 P.M. and the second will be rocking the waterway skies at midnight. The Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest will be open to the public as well.

15. Helium Comedy Club New Year’s Eve

The Helium Comedy Club has been a showcasing fixture for many standup and entertainment acts in Philadelphia. The stage will be helmed by comedian Godfrey. Godrey has toured around the world and has been seen in “30 Rock” and “Louie”.

17. Silent Philadelphia NYE

The Theatre of Living will be hosting a blowout New Year’s Eve party this Sunday night. The bash will follow the same Silent Philly format. There will be glowing headphones locking you into your favorite Top 40, House music, hip-hop, oldies, pop, and more. 18. Mummers Parade
Where: Procession down Broad St.
When: Monday, January 1st, 10AM
One of the longest-running holiday parades and traditions takes over the city of Philadelphia this Sunday. The 2018 Mummers Parade will display all four categories in the competition: comics, fancies, string bands, and fancy brigades. You can catch the parade live streamed and on television.
