So far this week DeSean Jackson has been the anti-LeSean McCoy. There’s been no trash talk whatsoever. He’s handled himself like a pro. The closest that he’s gotten to taking a shot at the Eagles was when he said that getting cut by Philly was a “slap in the face.” To me wasn’t even bad – that sounded like brutal honesty.
Today Jackson was on a conference call with the media. It was uneventful for the most part as he said all the right things. Here are a few of the highlights.
Jackson was asked about the LeSean McCoy’s comments about the Eagles.
DeSean Jackson asked about Shady McCoy's comments about the Eagles: "I don't have nothing to say about that."

He was then asked to speak on the Eagles’ roster moves.
DeSean Jackson says it's unfortunate for the #Eagles that they got rid of Maclin and McCoy #Redskins

On the Cornerbacks that he’ll face…
Redskins WR DeSean Jackson to the Philly media: "I couldn't care less who's covering me. Whoever it is, good luck to them."

And on coming back to Philadelphia…
Jackson: “I look forward to coming back and playing in a city where I started a lot of great memories."

Kudos to Jackson for not sounding bitter like LeSean McCoy. If they Eagles win, they stay alive for at least one more week.
I hope the redskins pound the lurie eagles
