Now that Ben McAdoo is set to become the next head coach of the Giants, the Eagles aren’t left with many options. Phil Sheridan thinks that Doug Pederson could be the guy, while Jason La Canfora believes the Eagles will give serious consideration to hiring from within the organization.
Now comes this. Adam Schefter is reporting that the Eagles will turn their attention back to Tom Coughlin.
Eagles now have turned their attention to former Giants HC Tom Coughlin, per sources. Yet, there are issues for two sides to work through.

At this point, I just need the Birds to get a pair and go out and get their guy. I’d prefer Coughlin over the other slop that’s been available, but the optics of this coaching search are really starting to look bad. Stay tuned.
