The Super Bowl Uniforms Have Been Chosen

I’m a jersey junkie, so I was paying attention to what jersey the Denver Broncos would choose to wear at Super Bowl 50 in less than two weeks. The Broncos had the ability to choose their uniform color this year, and went with their white jerseys over the orange or dark blue ones.

We’ve had Super Bowl success in our white uniforms, and we’re looking forward to wearing them again in Super Bowl 50,” said General Manager John Elway.

The Broncos won their last Super Bowl — Super Bowl XXXIII — in white jerseys in during the 1998 season. The Broncos were 6-2 on the road this year, tying a franchise record for the most road wins in a season.

This will be the Broncos’ seventh Super Bowl appearance under Owner Pat Bowlen, tying for the most in the NFL during his 32 years of ownership.

It makes sense as the Broncos are 0-4 in their orange jerseys in the Super Bowl, 1-1 in the white and 1-0 in their dark blue jerseys.

Carolina would then have to wear their black jerseys, right? Right. In their last Super Bowl against the Patriots in 2004, they wore their white jerseys as the Patriots chose to wear their dark blue ones.

As for the game, who you got?
