What I look for in an Interior Lineman:
Strength- Maintaining position in the running lanes, neutralize blocks and hold ground, playing with leverage and splitting double teams.
Quickness- Having quick feet for slants and twists to shoot the gaps and create penetration.
Toughness- Playing with a mean streak and getting back up each and every play undeterred when being double teamed and beaten up for most of the game.
