Eagles talk with ESPN’s Tim McManus

Hop in the time machine and let’s head to a time when ESPN’s Tim McManus (@Tim_McManus) and I were co-workers at a radio station by the name of SportsTalk 950… now known as 97.5 The Fanatic. It was 2007, I believe.

Well, McManus and I sat down at the Pi Studios for a fun conversation on all things Eagles.

I’d normally highlight two segments from the interview as a must-listen, so you must hear Tim’s takeaway from the media gathering with Carson Wentz. Tim lays out his take on everything that comes with the situation, but his words on why he believes Wentz is taking a critical look at himself are the words Eagles fans will enjoy. (36:00)

From there, I wanted to discuss the Eagles coaches and asked Tim what he believes Doug Pederson’s biggest strength is… his answer includes a surprising feature, the analytical department plays a huge role during the game, and it was extremely interesting. (45:00)

We also discuss Tim’s road to his current job and some odds and ends to close it out. Listen to it all below:
