The Philadelphia Eagles will open the 2019 regular season against the Washington Redskins at Lincoln Financial Field, according to Jeff McLane.
The game will be a 1 p.m. affair on Sunday, September 8th.
McLane also reports the Eagles will face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for an 8:20 p.m. Sunday night match-up.
The Eagles will host the Jets Week 5, according to NYDN’s Manish Mehta, and according to The Athletic’s Jeff Howe, the Eagles will host the Patriots in Week 11 on November 17th, just as New England is coming off a bye week. Cool.
NJ.com’s Ryan Dunleavy reports the Giants will visit The Linc on Monday night, December 9th.
There was also a rumor circulating, thanks to Sports Business Daily’s John Ourand, that the Eagles are “pretty likely” to play a Thanksgiving game against the Minnesota Vikings. However, the New Orleans Saints are visiting the Atlanta Falcons on Thanksgiving, eliminating the Eagles as a possibility.
They’ll visit the Packers in Week 4 and host the Bears in Week 9. They’ll head to Miami Week 13; date and time to be announced.
